"Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 Luglio 2017 al 05 Agosto 2017 e ci siamo trovati bene come appartamento , come vicinanza al mare e disponibilità del sig. Giulio . Unici appunti a parere nostro, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ( mitigata dalla presenza dl ventilatore), la vicinanza alla ferrovia ( per una camera matrimoniale) ed il condominio che non si presentava in buone condizioni ma questo non è certo una mancanza del proprietario "

"L’appartamento è situato in un punto estremamente strategico: in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare, la stazione e il centro della vecchia Termoli, mentre dall’altra parte della strada vi è un supermercato ben fornito. L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso e noi l’abbiamo trovato già attrezzato di beni primari come scottex, carta igienica e detersivi. Adriatic Sea was so warm… We had a rental car to get around and the management were extremely helpful. Termoli was a cute little town great shopping a great small town atmosphere. "This was truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have stayed on our Italian trip thus far! Marina and Lorenzo are amazing hosts! The dinner and breakfast was spectacular! I bought several of the farm grown products to bring back to the US! If we come back to this part of Italy this is where we will stay again! Top notch! 5 stars all the way!"

"The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room as it was already overpriced without added fees. After they showed us to our room we were told we would be given WIFI info. While a password was provided, it did not work. We asked 2 times and were given the same information each time and never gained access. The room itself was lacking in cleanliness and hygiene. We had to call for help and staff was very upset about this. We were in the dark because the lightbulb was not correctly installed. The shower handle had fallen off when it was turned on and scalded my hand when trying to shut it off ultimately flooding the bathroom. We asked to get this issue fixed too. The maintenance person yelled at us the entire time he was fixing stuff around the unit. We felt unsafe at this point but had no where else to go so we stayed the night. Upon checking out, we were verbally harassed and called imbecile because we left the key on the table in the room as they had instructed us to do. It has been the WORST hotel experience in all of my travel history. STAY AWAY from this place. I am concerned that EXPEDIA would allow this property be listed with as many safety hazards and nonexistent customer care. "
