The bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside; it required repeated, forceful attempts to get it to open. Regarding the minibar, while the drinks were complimentary—so perhaps this was to be expected—there were not enough for the number of guests, making the offering of little value. It was also disappointing that there was no assistance provided with loading luggage into the car.
