"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. Absolutely the best of best stay in my life.
"It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "
