After speaking with Expedia about a late check out, we arrived to be told we had to pay for another day after it had been pre arranged when the booking had been made through Expedia. Next time I will book it myself

Horrible horible place

This place is awful - it was dirty and awful. Nothing like the photos.we paid extra for breakfast which was disgusting. The staff were OK but the place was terrible. 0 stars- I want a refund!

最初に通された9階はフロアーも部屋もカビ臭かった。お願いしたらすぐに部屋を変えてくれたのはとても良かった。部屋のシャワーがお湯が出ないのが困った。他の部屋は出る部屋もあった。夜は寒くて目が覚めた。ホテルスタッフはみんな気さくで、こちらの言っていることを親切に聞いてくれてとても良かった。

The property is close to SIC which is very convenient, the hotel restaurant prices were very expensive so we ate at local restaurants

Akan menginap lagi kalau ada kesempatan ke Sepang.., 1.Kawasan persekitaran Hotel yang strategik,berdekatan kedai2 keperluan harian dan kedai2 makan... 2.Bilik yang luas dan selesa... 3.Swimming Pool yang amat Privacy di tingkat 12... 4.Harga berpatutan..

The hotel is perfectly good for a night catering to a layover, although their website needs to contain way more information relating to their airport shuttle service for arrivals. It worked fine the other way. Also, we booked a room for five, and then had to pay extra to place an additional mattress in the room. Again, this was not clearly explained at booking.

施設は古いものの、スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。またルームサービスや朝食も美味しかったです。スリッパがあったら嬉しかったです。 Although building is a little bit old,staffs are very kind.I was really satisfied with their hospitality. Room service and breakfast was delicious and reasonable. I wanted slipper in my room.

the aircon was down but they didn't fixed the problem and stay one night without aircon but only cheating us to repair he just modifit the aircon window and nothing else. really very bad memory in this hotel

Anglais très limité de la part du personnel vu. La psicine n'était accessible que jusqu'à 19h (heure locale) Des Vouchers étaieznt censés nous avoir été donnés pour le petit déjeuner - Heureusement qu'ils ont pu vérifier par le numéro de chambre.
