Cheaper and the property is dated
Good location and the staff was friendly but the property is dated. There were cracks in the wall, chipped table tops, slight smell of mildew/mold in the bathroom. A lot of these issues can be overlooked because it is older. If you need a place to stay at a decent rate, not too bad at all.
