Impressive service. I arrived early and the staff let me check in one hour before the check-in time. The check-out time is 2 p.m., which is really great. The room is a little too warm (gotta open the window) but quiet and equipped with good bedding. The hotel is very close to CALT and there are many restaurants, convenience store and shopping centers.

The receptionists spoke English, and that was very helpful. Good location; in a busy commercial area. Breakfast was served promptly every morning. On the negative side, the room was not properly cleaned

Hotel front staffs were very good and friendly.The hotel is located in good location, easy to find local food and close to shopping area. Also, there is a flight check-in centre, immigration and airport limusine stop. But, breakfast and toilet were not good.

Budget friendly hotel with great aervoce
Very accommodating manager on duty. We arrived shortly before 11am and he allowed us to check in early without additional charges. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Location was also great as it was just a few minutes’ walk to COEX mall and a train station. Will definitely stay here again when in Gangnam.

Simple and convenient
A business trip and the major activity was in exhibition hall of World Trade Center. Very near to hotel(less than 10 mins). The breakfast was simple and warm. Very convenient to found a restaurant surrounding hotel or the way back from exhibition. Not much facilities in hotel but it is a very good choice when you only need a place for rest and sleep. And the value is definitely deserve your paid.

Minimalist comfortable hotel
The hotel although small was really comfortable. There were 3 beds in a triple shared room and one of the beds was a matrimonial so basically it is a quad room. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom which was also quite spacious. The main reason for the trip was a seminar at COEX and which was a good 12 mins walk.

Nice staff, clean hotel
The room was cleaned everyday, they changed the bed-sheet for me everyday as I'm allergic with dust, even the bath room too. Besides, there was a staff that worked under reception, he was well-trained with a fluent English. So, there is no worry at all in communication. Nonetheless, amenities, such as hair dryer, washing machine, balance, iron, drinking water were fully provided. It is worth with the price I paid. Again, I would like to express many thanks for the staffs that working under M.BIZ hotel.
