I have already mentioned in expedia website that I will be arriving late as my flight arrived Incheon Airport at 10pm Korean time. I arrived to the Hotel FA at 12am (midnight). The receptionist (a lady) was not very friendly and told me that there is no room for me. I have booked the room via Expedia website, and I was really shocked. I have a 3 years old toddler with me, and it was not a good welcoming note. After 30 minutes, then the receptionist gave me the key.
I was also refused to use the washing machine and drier. First, the receptionist (lady) wanted me to pay 3,000Won, and suddenly, she said that I cannot use it. It was a very weird encounter.
The hotel location is good and very strategic, but the reception is bad.
Hotel amenities is good.
