10/10 Excellent

"I quite liked the location being a bit of a walk from the main shopping and attractions, it felt a lot more peaceful than being immersed in the constant buzz of busy streets. I stayed 5 days in a suite which was absolutely amazing, then switched into a smaller double room which the size was plenty okay for two young women, however the room did have a funky smell that never seemed to go away. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again!!"

"The hotel is centrally located with the Lotte shopping mall just downstairs. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it is just amazing for convenience. I would say that its very expensive and we didn't opt for breakfast this time. We had to pay extra to use the traditional Korean spa so we didn't use it this time either."

"The room itself (Superior room, queen bed) was incredibly nice. Spacious and clean. The view we had was incredible with floor to ceiling windows across one wall. Bathroom very nice and plenty of space all round. One of the nicer hotel rooms we've stayed in. Solid air conditioning. Good shower. Within a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station with good connections. Easy walk to the starfield mall also. We didn't go to the restaurant or have breakfast as there was so many coffee shops nearby that do warm breakfast food for a cheaper price, so can't comment on the quality of breakfast. Although only briefly chatted with staff on check-in etc, they were all very polite and helpful and spoke good English."

"Great team providing personalised service and very professional and friendly. Having to book for swimming pool in advance and go at a specific time wasn’t ideal, however they have good facilities; would be great to be able to go to the swimming pool area whenever you find the time. The food and beverages were really good. Great atmosphere."
