I’ll start with the few negatives which is just that the mattress was a little too firm and the fact that the toilet/shower were within such close proximity kinda threw me for a loop. But other than that the stay was amazing! Staff were all super friendly and nice, room was kept very clean throughout the entirety of the stay. They even let us borrow umbrellas for the whole time we were there cause we weren’t prepared lol. Overall an awesome place!

This was a very disappointing hotel stay. We had to request to leave after a few hours after seeing the state of the cleanliness. Among the deficiencies there was mold behind the sink, mysterious substance on the walls, a fake eyelash on the seat, and a general dirtiness on all surfaces. The hotel looks much better in photos than in person. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helpful and processed a 100% refund and allowed me to leave when I raised this issue to them.

It was really small room so we were a bit worried but it was really nice and had everything we needed. Water bottles everyday and cleaning the room everyday. Not noisy at all even though it was near very busy boulevard. Nice stay!

We stayed in one of the royal suites and although there was a mix up with the lack of sofa bed the room was spacious and clean. Yes the rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh but it was clean, soundproof & the air con had you believing it was chilly outside even in August when in reality outdoors was like walking into a boiling steam room. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Location wise, I was worried we wouldn’t be close enough to central Seoul but the hotel Is right next to 2 daisos, McDonald’s, a lively street full of bars and restaurants, bakeries, 7-11 & CU stores and coffee places by the hundred. The main Suyu metro station is a minutes walk (literally) with metros leaving frequently and taking 15-17 mins to DDP. It truly was a fantastic location, far enough from the centre to not be touristy but close enough to be in the centre quickly. I cannot wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seoul for 14 days. Everything was consistently clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference during a longer stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, the room was cleaned every day, and everything always felt fresh and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and I truly felt at ease throughout my time there. It’s a great place for both short and extended stays. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Good hotel for a very reasonable price. Good shopping and restaurant nearby as well as easy access to public transit. The only thing worth mentioning is that, while everything is clean, it would benefit from some basic maintenance: the sink was not draining properly, lamps and outlets were damaged but still functional, and the PC in my room had a depleted BIOS battery. None was these things were essential but all of if could be fixed easily.

Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again

The staff and owners were super nice and willing to help with anything we needed during the stay! The room was spacious and super clean, even with some amenities to welcome you and warm during our cold winter stay. It is a little bit far from the central shopping areas but conveniently it does have stores like Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and McDonalds nearby with a subway station only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
