Suitable place if you plan to be out and about. Close enough to Sendai station but away from the hustle. You’ll find plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby.
The hotel was well maintained and amenities looked new and the whole compound was kept clean.
Hotel is only a short walk from Sendai station and surrounding is quiet with close proximity to a convenience store.
Only complaint is the ventilation at night. Although there's individual controls in the room but air flow seems to be controlled centrally to a very light flow state making room a bit stuffy at night when sleeping.
Clean, bright & comfortable room. Floor to ceiling windows, king size bed. About 7 minutes walk to Sendai station. Lots of places to eat, good gyutan tsukasa restaurant around the corner. East side of Sendai station quieter.
It rained the day I left the hotel and I had to walk from a hotel to the station because it’s impossible to call a cab on a rainy day… so if you know it’s going to rain, don’t stay here.
Loved my stay here! Lobby was very pretty, staff were super helpful and polite, elevator and corridors were clean and nice, and the room itself was exactly as pictured. The bathroom was clean, room was bright, and there was even a humidifier in the room. I was also able to store my luggage at the property before check-in time when I showed up early, and after my check-out so that I could go grab lunch before leaving the city.
The location is very close by as well – from the closest exit from Sendai Station, it's just straight for a block or so, and then you turn right for another few blocks, all on main streets. (Just make sure you go to the front door - the path should be very straight forward. For whatever reason when I first showed up, Google Maps took me to the back alley where the parking lot was which made it a bit more of a walk through some small streets, but I realized afterward that this was an error and the front door is very easy to access from the station.)
Lots of convenience stores nearby, malls, restaurants, etc. – no complaints! I'd come back to stay again :)
