"Very nice hotel resort although property is quite dated. Excellent breakfast and dinning. Close to beach and nice hotel swimming pools. Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. Close to a couple of super markets."

While I won’t go into detail about the facilities, cleanliness, spa, pool, or dining options—those are well-covered in other reviews—I want to focus on what made our stay exceptional: the people. From the concierge to the restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, and every team member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude, always ready to assist in the most professional and thoughtful way. Their ability to connect with guests on both a personal and respectful level created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. It’s the staff who elevated our stay from great to truly memorable. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are what set this hotel apart. "This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "

"Very nice hotel with great facilities, amazing staff and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool and bar area has a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed using the spa facilities. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Palma. "

"We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it."
