"I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was great; however, the surprise $40, was unnecessary. The lady stated, “in the fine print, when you booked, it states there is a $40 fee for activities and parking”, the fact that it was in fine print, indicates the intent to defraud the customer, and that’s how I felt. It’s not a good way to start out the experience. The staff being great is the only reason I scored this place higher."
