The hotel overlooked the city, so it has a decent view and there is little traffic around. The staff were very nice and helpful with restaurant advice. It was not crowded at the time of our stay, so street parking was easy.

Helpful staff, excellent wines and interesting food . The decor may not be to everyone’s taste but it is a lot of fun and a tremendous effort has been made making it a memorable hotel stay. My only quibble is the seperate charge for coffee with an otherwise delicious breakfast.

Room and over all facilities are good. Breakfast is good. Dinner and bar are lacking - out of many menu items, no orange juice, no ice. Internet unreliable and quirky.

Ok but likely better options

The hotel is well maintained and quite beautiful and the check in was great, however that’s where the good stops. There is onsite parking but the hotel is in a bit of a weird location and even though it’s only a few miles from Ephesus you do have to drive which is not a big deal. The problem is the hotel is also not close to any restaurants either. The hotel claims an on-site restaurant but I could not have felt more unwelcome at a restaurant. We eventually received our meal but then about halfway through eating we received our appetizer. At this point we took a few bites of the appetizer but really weren’t interested after eating our meal. Breakfast was fine but we were not offered drinks until we asked for them after the food arrived.

Dit was voor ons de tweede keer dat wij in dit hotel verbleven . Ons eerste verblijf was fantastisch , precies zoals de foto’s laten zien. Mooi hotel, prachtige locatie ,geweldig ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en schoon . Met deze verwachting gingen wij ook deze keer weer. We boekte een verblijf van 9 nachten !Helaas was het een grote teleurstelling! De locatie is nog steeds prachtig , maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd . Ontbijt is niks van wat de foto’s omschrijven , hotel is slecht onderhouden en ronduit vies te noemen . Het zwembad was dagen lang niet te gebruiken vanwege de slechte kwaliteit van het water . Wat een teleurstelling! Nadat wij ons ongenoegen bij de receptie hebben kenbaar gemaakt werd er wel alles aan gedaan om onze laatste dagen nog goed te maken. We konden kosteloos omboeken naar hun andere hotel of mochten zelf een ander hotel boeken en dan ons geld terug krijgen . Helaas was dit voor ons geen optie omdat we juist voor deze locatie hadden gekozen ivm familie bezoek , maar het was fijn dat er oplossingen werden geboden. We hebben er het beste van proberen te maken , maar zouden niet zo snel weer terug gaan naar dit hotel . Zo ontzettend zonde . De locatie en architectuur van het hotel zijn echt sprookjesachtig te noemen . Met het wegwerken van achterstallig onderhoud en de staat van het hotel weer terugbrengen zoals op de foto staat afgebeeld zou het weer de droomplek zijn zoals een aantal jaar terug .

Otel resimlerde çok güzel gözüküyordu; fakat oldukça bakımsız ve pis bir manzara ile karşılaştık. Perdeler yarıya kadar aşağıya sarkıyor. Banyodaki havalandırma ızgarası durup dururken düştü. Temizlik istediğimizde 4 saat sonra yapıldı. Restorandaki masalar temizlenmiyor. Kahvaltı hiç görmedik. Var mıydı bile bilmiyoruz. Gece otelin önünde 5-6 genç gürültü yapıyordu. Resepsiyon da çalışanlar asla müdahale etmediler. Aynı gece silah atıldı, polis geldi. Ertesi gün ne oldu diye sorduk. Otel çalışanlarının haberi yok. Kısacası paranızla rezil olmak isterseniz gidebilirsiniz. İşletme el değiştirmediği sürüce konaklanacak bir tesis değil.

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und abends bzw nachts tummeln sich Jugendliche vor den Hotel und hören laute Musik und fahren mit ihren Rollern ständig vorbei. Die Aussicht von dem Hotel war jedoch sehr schön! Leider kann man das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

we took the room 2 hours late after 16 due to technical problems,jakuzzi was not hygenic, shower was not working properly , hot water problematic ,dust on glases . we sent all the pictures to the reception they said they will tell to the administration :)

Öncelikle konaklama yeri beklentilerimi karşıladı. Yemizlik, hizmet, anlayış ve güleryüz. Ancak yemek alanında bukadar kedinin olması be masalarımıza kadar çıkmaları çok rahatsız ediciydi, kesinlikle acil bir çözüm üretilmesi gerekiyor.

Otele girişte resepsiyonda kimseyi göremedik. Bir süre sonra bir beyefendi geldi ve ağzından cımbızla lafları alarak yardımcı olma lutfunda bulundu. Odamız saat 13:30 olmasına rağmen hazır değildi.Size başka oda verelim dedi. Gösterilen oda hoşumuza gitmedi. Neden odanın hazır olmadığını sorunca tekrar bazen olabiliyor dedi. Meğer pazar günü oda temizlikçisi işe gelmemiş. Özetle memnuniyetsiz bir başlangıç oldu.Ancak otelin Selçuk un tepeden hakim manzarası ve gece görüntüsü biraz gönlümüzü alır gibi olmuştu ki. Gece ya odamızda kalanların yüksek sesle konuşmalarına uyandık. İki amerikalı kadın al takke ver külah muhabbet ediyorlardı. Bu da tuzu biberi oldu. Oda ve geneli fotolarda görüldüğünden uzak. Sabah kahvaltımızı hazırlayan hanımefendi güler yüzüyle bizleri ağırladı. Sonra ayrıldık.

Öncelikle otel girişinde ilk girişte ve çıkışta resepsiyon yerinde değildi beklemek zorunda kaldık. Havuz içi temiz değildi ,yeri sapa manzarası güzel . Kahvaltı facia serpme dediler ama alakası yok servis personelleri yetersiz. Odalar kısmen temiz yastıklar kağıt gibi çift kişilik oda da iki yastık var .Otel e çok para harcamışlar ama çalışanlar üzülerek söylüyorum işini bilen insanlar değil.Otel interneti iyi kopma yaşanmıyor. 100 euroya yakın bir ücret ödedim malesef olmadı.
