Experience unforgettable moments with family or friends in this spacious accommodation by the sea. The luxurious Villa Serenita is located on the island of Brac near Sumartin, just a few metres from the sea. Due to its location, Seafront Villa Serenita impresses with a fantastic view of the sea and the colourful sunset.
With a living area of 150 sqm, Villa Serenita offers space for 6+2 people in three modern bedrooms with smart TV and air conditioning, as well as three fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen and a harmoniously designed living and dining room.
A large pool of 40 sqm directly in front of the villa invites you to swim and relax. For those who prefer swimming in the crystal-clear sea, the beach is only 25m from the villa.
Relax on the comfortable sun loungers, with a cool drink, immerse yourself in your favourite book, or simply let yourself be enchanted by the view of the blue Adriatic Sea.
The simple elegance extends from the outdoor area to the bedrooms and will enchant you. In the interior, a living area with a fireplace awaits you, where you can relax and listen to your favourite music.
Various activities such as board games and Netflix are available. This villa will provide you and your family with special moments and beautiful memories.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs up to 25kg).
A private berth for a boat is also available free of charge upon request.
Swimming pool in operation from 27.03. to 31.10.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Serentina. The Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay on Brac as a family of 5. The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed, and Martin our host was so helpful with anything we needed.
The outside area, pool and balcony were our favourite spots, where we could enjoy the incredible views of the sea.
The location was simply perfect- we loved being so close to the water and only a short walk into Sumartin for the supermarket, coffee or restaurants.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Serentina to others and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Martin for being such a great host!

l'endroit est très reposant et la vue est magnifique !
Tout a été parfait ! l'hôte a été très réactif pour nos questions. la piscine est un réel plus ( possibilité de se baigner et de nager) et la plage en face de la villa rajoute un charme au séjour. nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property!
Everything was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. It’s just a short stroll to the marina where we found some great local cuisine—Dalmatino was definitely our favourite spot, eating on the quay! The view from the property is hard to beat, especially with the occasional fishing boat drifting by—so peaceful and picturesque. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with a touch of local charm!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location.
Beautiful villa in a stunning location. We loved our stay here, the pool was a great addition and the view from day to night was so picturesque. We loved swimming in the sea, which was steps from the villa and crystal clear.
More cups with handles for tea and coffee, there were only a handful of cups all without handles which were difficult to use. Everything else was great.

Perfekte Lage, äußerst netter und hilfreicher Vermieter ( in jeder Situation!). Begrüßung mit liebevoller "Erstausstattung" im Kühlschrank plus Wein, da unsere Anreise sich verzögerte. Tolle Ausstattung der Ferienvilla. Himmlischer Infinity-Pool.
Nähe zum Meer. Einfach traumhaft. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist himmlisch. Ort idyllisch, zum Erholen.
