The owner was awful
The owner had a ring doorbell, my husband rang the doorbell when he was locked out of the home.. it rang the homeowner not the house and the homeowner told him its not for ringing the house? He spoke to our children through the ring (unacceptable). He turned up the ac when we werent home. So we disconnected the wifi so he wouldnt have home control while we were there. He harrased us through the rental company for the first 3-4 days and then showed up an hour before our checkout sat right out front our unit in his car harrasing us delaying our departure from the unit for 30 minutes because we called the cops to have him move, so we could pack in peace. If this wouldnt have happened none of the other small things would matter much.. but since he was awful here are the other things: no pool pass included, no 2nd parking pass included, hand soap was basically water, no hand towels for bathrooms provided, screen door was on the wrong tracks, wifi name was not provided at the unit with password and you could barely read the password. I wouldnt recommend this home to anyone unless all spying capabilities were removed from the owner.
