Olive Tree Lodge is the perfect spot for your escape from day to day life and the most perfect couples retreat! Nestled In a tranquil location, away from all the hustle and bustle, this 1 Bedroom lodge has everything you need for a relaxing stay away from home!

As you enter the lodge, you will find an open plan living space, consisting of a comfortable corner sofa looking onto a large flat screen smart Tv, the ideal spot for watching all of your favourite programmes.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook a basic meal, a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and an air fryer, all the small home comforts you would miss whilst staying away! You will also find a breakfast bar with 2 stools and a large dining table. The perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal. Offering you the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

There is a separate WC with a sink and a mirror with modern décor.

Heading into the master bedroom suite, you will find a comfortable king size bed, with a flat screen smart Tv, a separate shower cubicle and a free standing bath, placed in front of a floor to ceiling window.

Finishing off with a unique outside space, offering the perfect relaxation and entertainment all in one setting. A luxury hot tub, with a floral ceiling, overlooking the lake. Tub chairs surrounding a log burner, with throws provided for those colder nights.
A dart board for the extra bit of entertainment, plus an outdoor shower and a hot, or cold (if you dare) water tipping bucket!

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, alongside being just a 15 minute drive away from York's Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.

The lodge comes equipped with free WIFI for the duration of your stay.
Highchairs, Travel Cots and Ironing Facilities can be provided upon request.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the property, but is permitted on the patio area.
Hotel Quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay
