「The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The night staff welcomed us very politely, which we appreciated. However, in the morning, when I asked where I should return the keys, the staff member responded using hand gestures instead of speaking and did not make any eye contact. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional.」

「The room was fresh and spotless when I arrived, and the bathroom was kept in great condition. You can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously here. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. I had a smooth stay and would be happy to visit again」

「For anyone who wants pick up service to the airport please use uber or taxi app instead. The hotel taxi service might charge you extra depends on the taxi driver, due to lack of transparency」

「Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung. Wir kommen wieder.」
