"WiFi very poor, no hair dryer."

"The Hotel felt pretty run down, although there is building works ongoing to improve some downstairs areas. The pool was in a poor state ...no way you would want to swim in it. Also sitting by the pool you had to go out through the car park to get to the bar area. Weird. On the plus side it was a decent enough room and very quiet. However in my bathroom, the shower holder didnt work. Overall a good location on edge of town...walkable. And good secure garage storage for my bike."

"On our 20 night Camino de Santiago journey there has not been a better hotel than Torre do Rio. Every small detail is amazing from the decor to the comfort to the food to the grounds… we are so glad we did a two night stay here and made it one of our rest days! We are already dreaming of coming back. I have thought long and hard about anything that I would suggest be improved and the only item I could mention here is the WiFi - it was slow at times and a bit unreliable. Other than that, this was a 12 out of 10!"

"We liked this property. The pool was closed when we were there because of the time of year. Everything was clean. There was a place to keep our food, but no place to cook. The staff was very friendly buy they leave in the evening so there was no one there one night to disburse a party that was going on. I didn't sleep until after midnight that night which was every frustrating. Other than some rowdy guests, we liked it."
