"The Grandhotel Pupp was a wonderful stay at a lovely iconic property. The only thing lacking was the polish of the service. I went to breakfast and the hostess tried to seat me next to the buffet. I asked to sit in the dining room where she tried to put me at another less desirable table..I then discovered a beautiful dining area overlooking the river and the staff moved me there. I asked to stay another night and the person at the front desk simply said they couldn’t do it. I found 5 availabilities in my room category on line. The massage was hands down one of the worst I’ve ever had. Regardless, I still recommend staying there."

The car was retrieved in good time every time it was requested. A lovely clean room with good wifi, and excellent breakfasts in a superb location."

"The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent."

"Beautiful property. We were in 3rd villa. It means we had to walk thru outside to get to the restaurant and spa. But our room was very clean and comfortable with beautiful view. The area is amazing next to beautiful forrest like park. Very walkable, but walk is up and down, hotel is up on a hill. We were able to walk all over town. Friendly front desk staff, responsive to your requests."
