"Fantastic experience. Extremely clean and the hotel staff were wonderful. My mother with limited mobility issues was assisted 24/7 whenever she had to leave her room, and we would particularly like to thank Tom and Kevin for their service. They made our stay very special. "

"Staff were all very nice, room was nice and big. Clean, breakfast was nice but couldve been a bit hotter. Pillows were like slabs of concrete. But we had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Good access to town and quey side. It was not free breakfast as indicated on survey, we had to pay £12 each if booked the previous day, which we did. Party of 4 people."

"The property was perfect for our needs and made our stay in Newcastle very comfortable.The house was immaculate and stylish, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with all of the utensils & cooking equipment we needed for our stay.The host was friendly and even put up a little Christmas tree and some decorations, which I wasn’t expecting but I did appreciate.The location was great, lots of shops and amenities within a couple of minutes walking distance. Parking was not a issue at all."
