Backing up to forest service land, this home is surrounded by majestic mountains, native wildlife, and mature shade trees. A backyard oasis with a large porch with seating for you to immerse yourselves in the beauty of the canyon. Accommodating up to 6 adults, this is the perfect spot to kick back and relax! 5.7 miles to Uptown Sedona!

THE SPACE:

This cozy two bedroom and two bathroom cabin has plenty of room for your stay! An additional semi-private loft area (3rd bedroom) adds a bonus sleeping space for guests. A cozy, relaxed atmosphere, and all the essentials you will need for a wonderful stay in the canyon, this home is the perfect cabin getaway! Large windows bring the outdoors in, with spacious front and back porches and a balcony from the second bedroom!

Living Space: This spacious, inviting, and open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, soft, leather couches, and a dining space to create the perfect hang out area! There is an HD flat screen TV with Netflix and WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. By day, utilize the A/C system, offering year-round comfort.

Kitchen: The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

**Note: Be sure to purchase groceries before heading into the canyon!

**Highchair, stair gate & pack-n-play are available for guest use

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor, highlights a plush, new queen-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet, desk and a large window with views to the backyard.

Second Bedroom: The additional bedroom, located on the second floor, features a king-sized mattress, and private ensuite bathroom. It even has its own balcony overlooking the gorgeous canyon surroundings! Note: Stairs to the loft are located in this bedroom.

Semi- Private Loft: With a queen-sized bed, this space accommodates an additional two guests!

** Note: Due to the nature of the loft area, it may not be suitable for small children.

Bathrooms: This home has two private bathrooms located directly off of each bedroom. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.

Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily in the canyon. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. NO parties allowed.

If visiting in the Winter or early Spring, 4-wheel drive is recommended. The creek passage at the entrance of the neighborhood can occasionally have creek water running over the road.

GETTING AROUND:

A short walk from the cabin to Oak Creek for endless water fun and less than a 10 minute drive to explore great food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.

Oak Creek Canyon is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is a short 10 minute drive to Sedona, 20 minutes to Flagstaff, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon!
