As you enter through the private front door into the main living space, you will be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area


Living Room: Living area features leather sofa seating, accent chairs, smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.


Kitchen: The open kitchen area, adorned with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, is fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. A bar top provides additional seating for two.


Dining Area: The adjacent southwestern style dining area, with seating for 8, makes for a convivial setting for meals with family and friends.

Master Bedroom 1— King bed, two nightstands, a leather accent chair, smart TV, and a walk-in closet. It also boasts private access to the backyard. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.


Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with access to a shared bathroom.


Bedroom 3 —Accommodates guests in a twin over queen bunk bed and includes a smart TV and a wood rocking chair. With access to a shared bathroom
