** Important Update Starting January 12, 2025: **

The additional bedroom is now ready and available! This makes the property a lovely 3-bedroom home, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The third bedroom is attached to the main house, but it's not on the same floor. It has its own separate entrance with a door. Please note that there is no bathroom in this additional room, but the two bathrooms in the main house can be accessed via a staircase leading into the house.

This new bedroom features two full-size beds in a bunk bed style, as well as a futon (couch that converts to a bed).

★ NOTE ★

** Shared Laundry Access:

The laundry room is connected to the main house but has a separate entrance. It is independent from the main house, which locks from the inside for privacy. You will be provided with a schedule for laundry access, and Casita guests will also have their designated times to use the laundry room.

** The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

Important Note for Pet Owners:

Please be aware that the property is not fully enclosed. We recommend not leaving pets unattended, as they may wander off and there is wildlife in the area. Please keep your furry friends on a leash or supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and outdoors.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you're bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there's an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please note that mail delivery (including Amazon packages) is not possible at this property due to locked mailboxes. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any deliveries during your stay.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won't be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
