The open plan living area is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for you and your guests to relax, unwind and connect after a day of Sedona adventures. There are classic comfy couches for hanging out, playing board games, and catching up on movies and the recently remodeled kitchen has Corian counter tops which make cooking a delight and cleaning up after a delicious meal a breeze. You will appreciate this small town community and quiet neighborhood in the Chapel area, a smaller neighborhood between Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek and named after the Chapel of the Holy Cross. We had a wonderful stay at 100 Bell Rock Dr. The home was very clean—from the entrance to even the patio furniture, which is often overlooked at other rentals. All essential supplies were thoughtfully provided, including a brand-new dish sponge. We always bring our travel items, but sometimes forget, so that touch was appreciated.The yard was charming and fully fenced, making it easy to relax while our dogs enjoyed the space. If you have large dogs, just note the fence is about 3 feet tall, but still secure and well-kept.The peaceful, walkable neighborhood is just minutes from the Chapel of the Holy Cross, surrounded by scenic beauty—perfect for walking pups. The area is very clean, so please pick up after yourselves and help keep it that way.One issue came up with the AC not blowing cold air in the late morning—noticeable after coming back from walking our dogs. I contacted management, and Ben responded quickly. He had an AC tech check the unit without delay and followed up with clear communication. We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism.Overall, we felt right at home and would stay here again!

Great Spot. Quiet Neighborhood.

We have been coming to Sedona annually to celebrate our anniversary for over 15yrs and have stayed in many different locations. This home is clean, equipped with what you need to cook your own meals and has enough room that 2-4 persons are comfortable. Beds, linens and towels are good quality. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher + detergents are a bonus! Street is quiet during the day & evening. If you hike/bike there are several trail heads within walking/biking distance. A great value!

Average place to stay and below average management

Nice clean place but the amount of additional paperwork required after booking the place seemed unreasonable in addition to the numerous and long emails from the property management company. I’ll stick with “by owner” rentals from now on. To many rules of this and that. And the idea you might have to pay for electric use was unbelievable. No shades or curtains on windows to patio providing limited privacy. Not for me next time.

In town for a Seminar at Poco Diablo

This was an awesome spot walking distance to hiking, The Church of the Holy Cross and to my seminar destination. I walked everywhere from the house that I could, a morning hike before class, too class and back, the the church for site seeing. I love to cook and food prep my meals for busy days and have the ability to do laundry so vacation rentals are my first pick over hotels or inns. I even had an in home massage by Sparrow Massage which was lovely! I'm planning to come back for more training and will totally stay here again!!!!

Nice yard for pet!

I guess based on demand , you can request any thing you want. I felt there were to many rules!!! Ie… using fireplace — had to get own wood , clean it and don’t put ashes in garbage can ?? I can go on…Really!! Every step you nade in that house you were charge for it !! Beaware!The house had no views and no shades on window which people from 5th wheel looking right at you ! I rented this home cuz pets were accepted . The yard was decent enough for my dog to run . You should consider this place if you have a pet otherwise look elsewhere for the money you are paying . Lastly, I had a home emergency and left a day earlier and was refused a refund ..

Home away from home

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house fit our needs perfectly and was in an excellent location: close to everything, but still "tucked away" from the hustle bustle of Sedona weekends. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Foothills answered questions immediately (thank you! Those javelinas really liked knocking over the bin). The house was clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were comfortable. We completely enjoyed the DVD and VHS selections and reminisced of our youth (musical theater) whilst singing along to Oklahoma! on our first night.:) The only things that were a bit awkward were 1) the owner's clothes stored in one bedroom closet, and 2) the lack of coverings over the doors and windows in the back of the house. We definitely would stay here again when another sister trip to Sedona is in order. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this home away from home.

Quiet retreat in a beautiful area

We had a very nice stay at this property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the property is well kept. Sitting on the front porch under the shade of the large trees was so peaceful. We saw several species of birds. It’s a tranquil setting a short drive to Uptown Sedona

Amazing location

the tub floor slants inward toward the center, instead of being flat. that made it slippery and somewhat hazardous. i have good balance but others may not. sticky grips or a sticky mat may be useful. Never been in a tub that slanted so dramatically before. weird. the neighbors were super nice!

loved our stay

Our stay was great. the house was clean and comfortable. The only issue is there was no hot water in the sink. We did have hot water for the shower. Other then that it was a great location and it was an excellent stay.
