Bright Centrally located home in Sedona

Located in the heart of West Sedona in a quiet yet family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, a wine tasting room, movie theater and multiple hiking and biking trail heads.

Our clean and welcoming single story home offers an open layout with a split floor-plan 2 bed/2ba plus a sunroom (daybed) making it ideal for couples or families.

The home is filled with natural light, the kitchen has new appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. We have the fastest WiFi Sedona has to offer, a full load washer & dryer and a new central AZ unit for the warmer days.

The backyard and patio are filled with mature and luscious trees and grass. The space is great for stargazing or afternoon BBQ's.

On the property there is a detached casita that has a separate parking spot, separate entrance and a fence to insure the home and casita each have their own designated spaces and privacy.

We live down the street and are here to assist with any questions that may come up during your stay.

Quiet hours are 9pm-7am. No parties, no events, no smoking, max of 6 guests, max of 2 cars.

The home was very spacious, well kept and clean. We enjoyed the back patio and grill. Very quiet and in a nice neighborhood convenient to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. We greatly appreciated the owner’s extras of providing large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The linens were soft and luxurious and the towels thick and absorbent. A very comfortable home and one we would definitely rent again if we come back to Sedona.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well located home with a great backyard - perfect for dogs and kids and bird watchers and morning coffee drinkers. Loved it so much I wanted to move in permanently! So close to everything - wonderful restaurants, beautiful trails, dog parks, the airport, retail, Red Rock State Park, and the Sedona Performing Arts Center.
Roxy loved the soft grass. Tom loves taking endless photos of Roxy!
The backyard is a quiet oasis for whatever you need recharging from.

Location location

Perfectly located in an upscale neighborhood, right off 89A. The layout of the home is perfect for 2 couples. A bedroom and bath on each side of the house with great amenities. Our fur baby loved the fenced in back yard.

Our group of 4 stayed 4 days. This home is very clean and well equipped. It is located in a very convenient location less than 5 minutes from restaurants and shops. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely home in great location

We had a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood was very pretty and the home was beautiful and comfortable. We stayed here with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We especially loved the privacy of the lovely backyard where we ate a couple of meals. If you’d like a short but challenging hike, check out Doe Mountain Trail. The views from the top are amazing!

Quiet Gem

We loved our stay here. And it definitely deserves a five star review from us. We would love to return, albeit not in June – – too hot for us. There are just a few little things that would make the experience even more perfect: Kleenex, new trash cans in master bath and kitchen (they are not in working order,) and dog poop bags (we could not locate in laundry area). Those are very minor tho’. We loved the layout of the home. It was streamlined and not over-furnished with knickknacks—very nice. Loved the dining skylight and general bright and airiness of the place. Having the dog crate available was very thoughtful of you and much appreciated. Also a plus is the fenced grassy backyard. We really appreciated the quiet, tranquil neighborhood where neighbors walk in the morning. We felt very safe. The close proximity to 89 was a great convenience also. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and thank you very much. We will be back!

Great 3 day visit to Sedona

Property has an open and clean design. Loved the pretty deck and private yard area which we used each afternoon with the late winter sunshine and a glass of wine. Beds were also very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay in Sedona

Arriving at the home on 75 Paige, Sedona, AZ, we were immediately impressed with the homes open concept. The home has attractive décor, and comfortable accommodations. It is nicely laid out with one bedroom/bathroom on opposite sides of the home which was nice for guests’ privacy. The backyard is beautiful, private, and a comfortable place to relax while sipping a refreshing beverage. After a day of hiking it was enjoyable to come back and relax in the livingroom. These new hosts have done a nice job of providing a home away from home.

Great location, lovely spacious home, great spot for hiking

Although not our first time in Sedona, it was clearly one of the best. Creature comforts, easy access to hiking, grocery, and shopping helped make this our favorite place to stay. Kitchen is spacious, back yard is welcoming and neighborhood is quiet. After some rather aggressive morning hiking we returned daily for lunch followed by short later day hikes which are plentiful and easily accessible at the end of the street. We will be back

Wonderful 3 weeks

The house had a bedroom at each end and the kitchen, dining room and TV room separating them. This was an ideal set-up for us. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was equipped with every tool and knife and pot and pan that our own kitchen at home has. We ate most of our meals at home and were pleased with the setup. The yard was very pleasant and our dogs enjoyed the security of the enclosed space that still provided them with lots of room to be frisky. We had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.
