My husband and I stayed there to celebrate our anniversary and Debbie couldn't have been more accommodating and her home was beautiful. We hoped to take advantage of the fishing and kayaking available but it turned out to be a blustery weekend, on the brightside we were able to explore the town and Cambridge. Breakfast was delicious, we had so much food we couldn't even finish it all and she even took requests!

Wonderful place to stay with host Debbie who is Southern charm all day long. Excellent full breakfast, views, relaxing atmosphere. Would have no difficulty staying here again.

See the river from rooms, patio, breakfast on the deck. Beautifully appointed rooms, lovely owner who is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast tailor- made to our needs. Perfect place to spend a weekend or longer.

The property was a beautiful home overlooking the water with a sprawling lawn. The hostess Debbie greeted us at the door and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a very cozy, clean and comfy room with a view of the water. It was so peaceful. Just what we needed! It was our anniversary so off we went to Bas Rouge for dinner in Easton❤️ We returned to such a comfortable bed for an awesome nights sleep! Our dog, Sophie, was very comfy too and slept in her dog bed by the window. In the morning, Debbie served us a delicious homemade breakfast complete with juices, eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits, lemon and blueberry sweet bread and of course brewed coffee! The whole experience was delightful! We would definitely come back🥰 We highly recommend Marvel’s Creek for a peaceful getaway❤️ Thank you, Debbie!🙏

Marvel's B and B was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly proprietor (I forgot her name), and a great location somewhat rural and peaceful but still close to Cambridge and other attractions of the area. There were lovely water views and it is within walking distance of an excellent restaurant. The only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working but she is having it fixed shortly.

What a special place! This is such a lovely home and peaceful place. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. It was so nice to watch the sunset from the dock and enjoy the view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Ms. Debbie offered us breakfast on our schedule, and it was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely plan to stay here when we return to the area.

Marvel's on the Creek is owned and run by Debbie, one of the most amazing people you will ever meet! She is a ball of energy and has the gift of making anyone and everyone feel at home and cared for. My husband and I were surprised to learn that she frequently gets int'l travelers as well, in this hidden gem on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Her property is even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos show. We took out her 2 kayaks for a spin on the creek, and saw herons (have been around since prehistoric times!), and river otters playing. Had happy hour on her back porch to the sun setting, and awoke to a gorgeous sunrise in the opposite direction. It was a 5 minute walk to the nearby Suicide Bridge restaurant. Debbie makes a full on breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruit, blueberry bread, hashbrowns) on her lovely china. Spending a night here was a much appreciated break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Will definitely go back!
