Lovely 1 Bedroom unit with POOL, FURNISHED and MOVE IN READY! This home is right around the corner from AdventHealth Sebring Hospital, shopping, schools, 15 minutes from the raceway and close to downtown Sebring. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located perfect little condo. Unit is available on a 30 day basis minimum.
The space
The open living area is arranged with living and dining spaces. The kitchen has a pass thru to the breakfast bar and dining area, and gives you a view of the living room. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with a wall to wall closet and dresser for all storage needs. You'll love relaxing on your spacious screened back porch with its private fenced back yard and sliding glass windows with a view to the pool. Open them for mild weather or close them and enjoy watching the rain! The laundry room is located within the screened porch in the 5X8 storage room. Large private (only 8 Units) community pool is just a few steps away, and recently restored!

This cute condo is a perfect place to stay while exploring downtown Sebring and the surrounding area. The people in this community are so friendly! Lydia is a great host!

A little piece of paradise

We loved our stay in this cozy condo! Very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with needed items for cooking and eating. Very quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed walking and riding bikes daily thru this neighborhood and nearby Hammock state park. Sebring is one of Florida’s best kept secrets. The condo is close to Lake Jackson and the charming downtown Sebring! The owner is very attentive to detail, easy to communicate with a responds quickly. All I can say is if Sebring is on your list to visit then this condo is perfect for you!
