Very clean, so cute and wonderful sunsets, excellent location and easy access to public transportation..This was the most adorable apartment and if I ever come back to Seattle, I would definitely stay here!

Very cute and well designed little condo. A ton of places within a couple of miles, But, still very quiet. Beautiful view from the rooftop patio.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It’s such a quiet place, located just North of all the Broadway comings and goings. Volunteer Park, which is gorgeous, is also just beside the property. We found ride shares to be super quick and easy to pick up here! The view from the rooftop is just fabulous. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This is a wonderful property! There are nice perks like a washer and dryer and detergent, a wireless phone charger, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great restaurant s within walking distance and very quiet. There was a stand up fan along with the ac unit a large tv. Very safe because only residents/guests can enter using a key fob. One of the best VRBO rentals I've been in and I have been renting for over 20 years.

This is a great residential neighborhood with a good central location for getting around Seattle. The unit had all the amentities that we needed, which isn't much (great natural light, nice view, comfy bed if you like one with a pillow top, washer/dryer). The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and preparing snacks. The place was very clean and well appointed.
