► Occupancy & Visitors
• Standard Capacity: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Up to 8 guests may be permitted with prior host approval.
• Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the official reservation are allowed on the property.
• No Parties: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Use: Filming, photography, or any commercial use of the home is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Local Guests: We reserve the right to deny bookings from local residents. If you live in the local area, please message us to discuss your stay prior to booking; do not use Instant Book.

► Smoking, Safety & Security
• 100% Smoke-Free: Smoking and drug use (including cannabis/marijuana) are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the outdoor property.
• Violation Fee: A $500 fee will be charged for any smoking violations to cover mandatory deep cleaning.
• No Firearms: Weapons and firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Exterior Security: An exterior doorbell security camera is active. It monitors the front porch, driveway, and front gate.

► Neighborhood & Property Care
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly observed 7 days a week from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No Pets: This is a strictly pet-free property.
• Decorations: Please do not use confetti, glitter, or tape on the walls.
• Mail Restrictions: No personal mail or package deliveries may be sent to this address during your stay.
