Rude staff. Gave my room to someone else under my name and had no more room in hotel. Accommodated me to another hotel after 2 hrs where i have to drive myself. Wasn’t aware my stay was 3 nights. Communicated with me that i can stay in this hotel for whole stay and asked me to pay there for my stay and didn’t refund my money. Called here to discuss and staff was extremely rude. Told me manager will call me tomorrow as manager was off but never received a call.
