「When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. 「We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside. We were delighted to find it clean, comfortable and well located with just steps to the local Tesco, shops and restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. 「Great property which actually has views of the lake and is ideally situated - close to everything but also quiet. The property was immaculately clean with all the utensils that you need for cooking. Lovely clean, fresh bedding and towels. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided along with the basics like salt, pepper and oil. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided.
