Welcome to 905 Sealoft, a stunning vacation retreat nestled in the picturesque Seabrook Island, Charleston, SC. This Sealoft is very close to the boardwalk for beach access.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa offers privacy, golf course and lake views, and is close to the beach boardwalk (Boardwalk 3A). The driveway offers ample parking. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and recharge.
As you step inside the villa, retro and relaxed decor, abundant natural light and an open space living area welcome guests. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, closet, private balcony, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom with elevated ceiling, dresser, chair, closet, and TV offers two twin beds. There is access to the full bath with shower/tub combo via the bedroom or the hallway by the kitchen. Upstairs, the loft area has two twin beds and a private balcony that overlooks the Sealoft villas and acclaimed Ocean Winds golf course.
The property is surrounded by lush landscapes and offers easy access to nearby beaches. A boardwalk to access the beach is in walking distance nearby. Your stay also includes use of 4 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, a crab trap, a boogie board, and some sand toys. A bike pump is there too (guests responsible for pumping tires with air should they need it).

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport and common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles.
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. Guests do not need to rush over to the store to start their stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: In addition to the cancellation rules, all properties are subject to an additional $50 cancellation processing fee (regardless of when cancellation occurred). A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
