Enjoy the quiet beauty of Seabrook Island from this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home - just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The Seabrook Island Club with oceanfront swimming pools, outdoor, oceanfront Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar and 2 golf courses is just a half mile down Seabrook Island Road. Seabrook's 3.5 miles of white sand beach await. Walk the beach, collect shells and sand dollars, watch the dolphin frolic in the water, or ride your bike along the waters edge. Whatever you choose, the beach is wonderful.
Enter the glass front door and notice the open floor plan of the home. The great room is open to both the dining area and kitchen. A large sectional sofa provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. There is Smart TV, waiting to entertain you. Sliding doors in the great room lead out to the deck. Watch the golfers come up the 17th fairway of Crooked Oaks. The screen porch is also accessed from the great room. You can easily seat 8 at the dining table. Share meals and spend time recapping the day's fun! The kitchen is a dream. You will be impressed with the open concept. An oversized island has stool seating for 6. Stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and even a beverage refrigerator have been installed. For those seeking indoor entertainment while on vacation, the pool room is the place to be. Rack 'em up! There is plenty of space for outdoor living at this house. The deck is the perfect spot to while away some time, on the rockers, watching the golfers. Or dine al fresco at the teak dining table. The owners have also provided a propane grill for your use. Or enjoy the low country breezes while relaxing on the screen porch. Here you have a sectional sofa, fire-pit table and TV. There is a powder bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the first floor.
The first floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and adjoining full bath. There is a granite topped double sink vanity, tiled walls and oversized walk-in shower, with multiple shower heads. On the second floor you will find 3 guest bedrooms. The first guest room has a King bed, balcony, Smart TV, and private bath. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Sip your morning coffee out on the balcony while you gaze upon the golf course. The second guest room has a Queen bed and private bath with walk-on shower. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and private bath. All of the guest bedrooms have Smart TVs with Firesticks. The kids will have the best spot to hang out in the second floor bonus room. A large sectional sofa and Smart TV make a great retreat!

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
