「Such welcoming staff, helpful and kind. Very clean and convenient room. Wonderful to have a pet-friendly room. Didn't have time to use the offered amenities of pool, gym or sauna, but they looked terrific. Nice kitchenette in our room. Would definitely stay here again if needed. 」

「The room was modern, clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. The man at check in was super friendly, and communicative through the Expedia app as to confirming with me what time I would get there so that he would be available (as I was going to be later in the evening due to ferries). My only complaint is that there was a very bright light outside of our room (I believe we were room 17?). 「オーナーは強欲そうな中国系のオバサンだが、見た感じほど悪くはない。第一印象がちょっと不愛想なだけで親切。部屋が狭いので1ベッドルームのスイートに変えてもらったが、わずかな追加料金で代えてっくれたし、色々と世話を焼いてくれていい人だった。確かに古いが、清潔で滞在は快適だった。WiFiもかなり強い。暖房がちょっと弱いかな。。。また、バンクーバーに行く予定があったら、是非、泊まりたい。」

"I thought the bus to Vancouver was departing from the entrance at the Westin’s driveway, and I even asked the doorman to confirm it. But in fact, the bus stop was actually across the street. Luckily, the bus driver came all the way to the front desk to find me, though he said he had already passed by three times. I really wish the doorman had known something as simple as this after all, I’m a tourist and that’s exactly why I’m asking."

"部屋もバスルームも広く部屋などとても清潔で過ごしやすかったのですが、ただシャワーの出がとにかく悪く、子供用のゾウさんじょうろで流しているようでいつもより時間がかかりました。またドライヤーも音だけは大きいのですが、風があまりなく、いつもより乾かすのに時間がかかりました。それ以外は、満足に過ごせました。"
