"Disappointing Stay at the Westin Whistler After a recent stay at the Westin Whistler, I left feeling underwhelmed and unlikely to return. The room was visibly tired — scraped and scratched walls, peeling wallpaper, and a view looking directly into a back pathway. For the price point Whistler commands, this level of upkeep simply isn’t acceptable. To be fair, there were bright spots: the restaurant staff were attentive and the housekeeping team were pleasant and friendly. But with so many outstanding hotel options in Whistler, the Westin needs to invest seriously in its rooms to justify a return visit. Sadly, it won’t be getting one from us. "

"Awesome suite even had a washer/dryer AND dishwasher! The room was clean,very comfy, the views were stunning,the bed was big and cozy the only disappointment was the restaurants menu. Was disappointed they have a very limited menu and no longer offer ther oysters. Other than that we loved our stay and will definitely book again"

"Room was clean, and fireplace was super helpful during cold days. Staff was very helpful, we arrived 1 hr before checkin time but they were able to arrange room for us"

"The hotel is very dated and requires a major upgrade. $500 a night for a place that is in rough shape is disappointing. "

"Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again."
