  • Unit 28 Lot 95 Breaker View is an Ocean Front Home and just steps away to the bluff trail leading to Tide Pool Beach, Shell Beach, and Walk on Beach. This is a comfortable and fully equipped one-level home for up to 6 people of all ages. There are white and blue water views from the deck, kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Breaker View offers a relaxing light-filled living area for the family with a cozy stone fireplace and plush window seats. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has one California king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds that can be made into a king, upon request.

    The kitchen is very spacious and has everything needed to prepare a dinner for 2 or a feast for the whole family. The deck fronts a scenic, deer-filled meadow with unobstructed views to the ocean. Great home for families. Linens are provided. Two Decks, Hot tub, Outdoor Furniture, Gas BBQ, Stereo, TV's, Washer/ Dryer, Central Heat, Wood-burning Fireplace, Fiber Optic Internet.

    If you are looking for a serene getaway with your partner or your whole family, Breaker View has everything you need. It is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of ordinary life. We offer three other vacation rental homes within one block in case there is a large group or family wanting to stay near each other.

What More Could One Ask For?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Ranch is our idea of bliss- it is quiet, stunningly beautiful, and offers amazing trails, wildlife viewing, pools, etc. The house we stayed at has been our go-to for over a decade and feels welcoming each year we return.

Beautiful week at the Coast!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the one story home with magnificent views and great amenities. We love to cook and the kitchen did not disappoint. Loved the gas stove, wood burning fireplace, comfortable bed and living room furniture and the master walk in shower. There were plenty of pots and pans but we do always bring a cast iron and nonstick pan with us. We would love a bigger recliner (although it is comfortable). Doesn’t really fit someone 6’3”.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year staying at this property for our annual girls week getaway. We love its location due to its proximity to the bluff trail and the house fits the bill for our needs (four of us). The property is older with older furnishings (couch and chair are not comfortable for long periods of sitting, non-smart TV takes some time to learn, dryer noisy), but was generally clean. However, the toilet seats/surrounding were dirty upon arrival so Sea Ranch Escapes was contacted. Kara returned my call and acknowledged/apologized and made herself available for anything else we might need during our stay. Sadly, we are now priced out of this house so will not rent it again unless something changes.
