Excellent place to stay. Their ‘walk to everywhere’ statement was correct for us. Could do with crockery and cutlery. Friendly staff. Parking was located a short distance away across the road.

We LOVED this hotel!! We came from the W Seattle the night before. The views are incredible, the lounge / reception area was a great place to hang out and the food was AMAZING. The bay view rooms especially are phenomenal. I'd probably choose a bay view before an upgraded room if given the choice. (We had an upgraded room and my parents got a beautiful bay view with their standard choice!). All in all, we were very impressed and would choose this hotel again in a minute!

The front desk manager and valet staff were very helpful in helping me find my lost luggage from the airlines. They went above and beyond and saved my vacation. I was going on a cruise with no luggage and the manager made the extra effort in finding it,

Everything about this stay is awesome. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The facility, especially the rooms are very clean. The location is great with local iconic places to eat and drink.

I have stayed at numerous Thompson hotels over the years, and this property felt Tired and a few steps below the quality of the brand - felt more similar to a lower tier Hyatt than Thompson brand. Unfortunately, would not recommend it. Our unit also had a window that looked directly into a concrete wall 15 ft away - very weird. Good location
