「Booked the room so we could let the kids enjoy a pool stay. Drove 2 hours to the hotel only to see the pool had no water in it. Tried calling and calling before we drove that way, room was non refundable so we took the drive. Got there, checked in, found the pool and checked right back out to drive home.」

「Five minutes after booking this hotel I realized it was in the wrong town. When I tried to cancel the hotel refused to refund my money. They said that it was against policy. I had to pay $80 for a room I didn't use. 」

「The lady at the front desk was nice but but for $137 room I had to strip the bed of dirty linens and get clean linens from the front desk and make my own bed. The room wasn't cleaned at all.」

「Clean spacious room. Had to call the front desk for a remote for the TV (didn’t work) and a plunger for the toilet (yuck). Breakfast is hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and bagels. And coffee with good creamer. Nice pool and decent gym」

「This was the only motel with a room available at the last moment anywhere near Snyder. Luckily I was driving my White 4x4 pickemup (Retired Engineer) and we fit right in with all the construction/oilfield workers. Who made us feel right at home. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Guys even moved the pickup parked in front of our room without us asking, so we could have better access. Room was clean, bed comfortable, AC was quiet and we could not hear the compressor kick on and off. The...
