「This was a very clean Hotel. The lobby, breakfast area and meeting room were all very clean. The room looked newly remodeled. I don't know if they were but they were meticulously cleaned. This was an exceptional stay for us and at the price I paid it made it even better. The waffle maker at breakfast made an awesome waffle! Thank You Havenpointe Inn for making us feel so welcome!

「The staff was super friendly and helpful with all the issues we had. The hotel itself is in serious need of a remodel. Everything is super old and worn down.」

「The room was dirty, there was dried dog poop on the floor when checking in the staff told us to check the pluming because they had issues in that room earlier, like that’s your job before I get there to double check the pluming not mine.」

「Not exceptional, just average.」
