「Staff were very friendly and the room wasvery clean. Sofa bed was a double so bonus. Close to shops which we didn't discover on our last visit! Very convenient for Stansted airport and going to football the next day as a stop over.」

「A very peaceful hotel with local shops and restaurants nearby. Sue helped with check in over the phone and was a pleasure. Great for a shower, head down and a good nights sleep at sensible prices.」

「This is an excellent hotel/inn. Very convenient for the local wedding venues, especially convenient for Coltsfoot Retreat. The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. The breakfast is excellent, very generous, well prepared and presented, exactly what is needed the morning after the night before. 」

「Everything was perfect. You can save a lot of money as you can cook (actually I only mictoawve foods) at the nice dining kichen. Only the downside is a ventilation fan in the room was a bit noisy and that woke me up a few times at night. It is only a matter of lucky or unlucky to have a soring room mate or not. I had a guy unfortunatly on the day.」

「Room was very hot, could’ve done with a fan as having the windows open was extremely noisy. Got woken up by bus garage being directly outside. This could’ve been avoided if a fan was available in the room. Room was a little dirty, dust everywhere and walls had marks up them. Bins hadn’t been emptied. 」

「Parking was very easy, simple check in and quick, facilities are all good for a short stay so ideal for me. One small first world problem though.....the room was big and the TV was very small so it wasnt ideal to sit in bed watching from such a distance.」

「Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. 」

「The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even better we could check in early has our room was ready. Our room was very nice and very clean. The food at the hotel is also very nice and reasonably priced, also the breakfast is excellent and plenty to choose from as well. We will definitely be staying again. 」
