Even before check-in, Don was very communicative and made sure to ask about our preferences for one of the rooms.We had a fantastic stay — the home was very spacious, and the layout was perfect for a large family.The highlight for us was the beautiful lake view. "If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY."

"The cabin and the view are amazing. David goes above and beyond as a host in the thoughtfulness of amenities, such as night lights, tissues, etc. Sitting by the fire by the river is so therapeutic! Beautiful hiking trails nearby as well. Overall, an excellent experience and we hope to come back some day. "

"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"

10/10 Excellent

"Very beautiful resort / waterpark, stayed with my husband, two kids under 2 and my mom. We loved it only thing is the food is pricey for something that isn’t as good and also room service should be better as in front desk answering the phones to restock room amenities but other than that staff was great our room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is check in kind of frustrating since we drove over 2 hours, but around 6pm I went to ask and they gave us an upgrade and accommodated us with another beautiful room grand family suite with a balcony. Overall loved it we came here for my sons birthday they both had fun which is all that matters! "
