Perfect Holiday House

This house is perfect for a lovely beach holiday. It is very near the sea and the promenade which has good cafes and is lively and good fun in the evening. The house itself is quiet and calm. It has all the amenities needed for comfortable living and for going to the beach including beach chairs, sunshades etc It is cool inside and there are quiet, effective fans. There is a very nice balcony for eating meals and watching the world go by (slowly).

Vacances Zen !!!

Maison IDÉALE pour des vacances en toute quiétude ! Logement très agréable & propre avec du matériel ( literie, parasol, salles de bain, parasol, tables etc...) très bien entretenus. Depuis la terrasse, une jolie vue pour tous les repas. Le village de Cava d'Aglia possède des commerces & de jolies plages ( à proximité de la maison). On se baigne sans problème au mois de mai. Possibilité de jolies promenades, il y a des guides de la région à disposition dans la maison, ou bien, ne pas hésiter à demander à Hélène ( la propriétaire) qui se fera un plaisir de vous dire toutes les merveilles à visiter ainsi que les spécialités à gouter ! Je recommande vivement aux gens sympas cette adorable maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis .

Maison de vacances IDÉALE, tout confort, très bien entretenue, jolie vue, plages agréables & commerces à proximité. La maison possède tout le matériel ( literie, cuisine,terrasse, salles de bain, parasol, etc...) nécessaire a passé un séjour en toute quiétude. Le petit village de Cava D'Aglia est très agréable au mois de mai, le paysage est juste magnifique ! Possibilité de belles promenades, des livres sont à disposition pour visiter la région .

Avons été très satisfaits de la location : maison spacieuse, très propre et très bien entretenue, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer depuis la terrasse et à 2 mn à pied de la mer. Excellente situation entre la mer à côté et une jolie ville Scicli à 5 kms. Lieu très calme. Idéal pour une famille avec enfants (car protégé) ou avec des amis. Machine à laver, 2 SdBains, 2 WC, 2 frigos, cuisine très bien équipée, transats, table sur terrasse pour déjeuner, comme à la maison. La propriétaire nous a donné avant notre arrivée des adresses de bons restaurants, activités et lieux à visiter. Ce fut parfait. Nous comptons retourner dans ce lieu avec 3 couples d'amis l'année prochaine car beaucoup de choses à visiter ! Excellent séjour à tous points de vue !

Que du bonheur !

Une semaine de rêve entre amis (3 couples) dans cette maison spacieuse, super propre avec tout le confort, vue sur mer dans un village typique.. génial A portée de la maison, la mer, ballade sur le littoral (couleurs comme dans le films !), de quoi faire des petits déjeuners sur la plage ou presque, avec spécialités siciliennes évidemment... Et puis le charme de Scicli (quelques minutes en voiture), Ragusa, Modica, un poil plus loin Syracuse ; à peine plus et c'est l'Etna ! Un autre monde. Des bons plans resto ou autres sorties en dehors des lieux touristiques ? demander à Hélène, elle connaît la région comme sa poche ;-) et elle adore se mettre en 4 pour faire découvrir aux autres ce petit coin de paradis. Bref vous l'aurez compris, je recommande sans modération, et j'y retournerai Fabrice

maison typique de village à 5mn de la mer à pied... quel bonheur... dans un village très vivant et pas du tout touristique... surement un des meilleurs séjours que l'ai passé. La région est magnifique, baignée de soleil Génial, à refaire !

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Schritte. Ganz besonders nett waren die Nachbarn und die Verwalterin Barbara. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à 6 avec 4 enfants et c'était super pour se détendre (village très calme à cette période) et se distraire (7 petite villes classées au patrimoine de l'UNESCO (Notto, Ragusa, Syracuse,...) à environ 1 heure de route max. La nourriture est excellente et très bon marché. La ville de Sciccli est à 10 minutes, on peut tout y trouver. La Villa est typique de cette région, très propre, agréable et située à 2 minutes à pieds de 2 très belles plages. La villa a une vue superbe sur la mer. L'accueil et le support, assurés par une personne disponible, sont excellents. Une adresse à recommander.

Bel appartement avec de beaux espaces, bien équipé, vue sur la mer, très proche de la plage (3 mn à pied). Très propre, parfait pour des vacances en bord de mer. Calme et idéal pour des vacances en famille. Proche SCICLI - magnifique village classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco - Mon coup de cœur. Si vous recherchez de la sérénité et de l'authenticité, le site est idéal ! Excellents conseils pour les visites (Etna, Laghetti....) et les restaurants (bons petits déjeuner sur la plage et Agritourisme).
