Schöne Zeit verbracht

Wir haben dort zu viert den Aufenthalt verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Organisation des Parkplatzes im nahegelegenen Parkhaus ist sehr gut gewählt und unbedingt durch die Lage in der Altstadt notwendig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses an allem Notwendigen ist gut. Uns hat lediglich das obere Badezimmer etwas Probleme bereitet, da dort eine Wanne unter der Schräge ist. Da wir etwas ältere Personen sind, nicht so gut nutzbar. Bei der Dusche im Keller ist halt ohne Fenster.

Eines von zwei Schlafzimmern im fensterlosen Keller

Die Wohnung wurde ausdrücklich als Luxus Ferienhaus angeboten und war auch sehr sauber sowie sorgfältig ausgestattet und vorbereitet. Allerdings hatten wir nicht mit einem Schlafzimmer in einem fensterlosen Keller gerechnet. Ich fand das sehr bedrückend und der Geruch nach Duftöl dort hat mich zusätzlich irritiert.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt, es ist daher alles fußläufig. Für das Auto gibt es einen Parkplatz. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es auch bei Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Gerade, wenn man länger unterwegs ist, ist das praktisch.

Ruhige und modern ausgestattete Stadtwohnung in zentraler Lage

Ruhige und zentrale Lage – man ist schnell am Schloss, am See, am Dom und am Bahnhof –, preislich gut und eine alles in allem zufriedenstellende, komfortable, moderne Ausstattung. Das Haus ist in die Vertikale gebaut und die Zimmer befinden sich verteilt über Keller und drei Geschosse – Treppensteigen ist Pflicht. Im wesentlichen sauber. Mülltrennung jedoch etwas undurchsichtig … Im oberen Bad haben wir Haken für die Handtücher vermisst. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist, wenn man dort kochen möchte, etwas spartanisch, beispielsweise was Rühr-/Salatschüsseln und Kochlöffel anbelangt.

Urlaubsperle

Ein tolles, geräumiges, modernes und perfekt gelegenes Altstadthaus, welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Schwerin sehr genossen. Fußläufig waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen, besonders charmant war der Eisladen direkt gegenüber. Danke für dieses wirkliche "Stadtjuwel".

Schöne Wohnung - viel Luxus

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet; mancher Luxus ist dort übertrieben bzw. deplaziert. Weniger ist mehr; leider fehlt es der Wohnung an kleinen, wenigen Detaills die aber doch sehr wichtig wären...wie z.B. Eierbecher /Eierpiekser oder einfach nur richtige, große Kaffeepötte (wir haben unsere, dort gekauften, dagelassen-kleine Spende!)....wer braucht schon bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt in einer FeWo ein Waffeleisen, Standmixer & Co.?!? Die Lage ist natürlich top; wenn man die Innenstadtnähe sucht und zentral sich aufhalten möchte. Wenn man Ruhe genießen möchte und ausschlafen will, dann sollten Sie diese FeWo nicht buchen - von Kneipenlärm am Abned bis Mülltonnen und Kehrmaschinen am Morgen ist alles dabei...auch die Glocken vom Dom bzw. Schloss können störend wirken. Endreinigung: nach so langer Corona-Sillstand-Zeit könnte die ein oder andere Ecke etwas weniger rund geputzt sein...Zeit für eine Grundreinigung war doch genügend vorhanden! Sauberkeit ist das Grundprinziep; gerade für so eine doch recht hochpreisige Unterkunft, sollte das selbstverständlich sein und der Gast kann das wohl erwarten. Kleiner Tipp an die Betreiber: die Beschreibung der Anreise sollte dringend noch überarbeitet werden und ausführlicher (Straße) ausfallen. Auch sollte man einen Hinweis bezüglich des Aussenbereiches (Terrasse) in der Wohnung aushängen...leider haben wir bzw. der Wind uns ausgesperrt!

Sehr zentrale und moderne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr modern und wundervoll gelegen in der Altstadt. Allerdings war für uns im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, dass das zweite Bett im Keller steht. Hier war es nicht möglich zu nächtigen.

gut ausgestattetes Stadtjuwel mitten in der Schweriner Altstadt

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Objektes ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen . Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich leider im eher schlecht zu lüftenden Keller des Hauses. Durch ein Lüftungsrohr dringt Schall von außen fast ungefiltert in den Kellerschlafraum. Ohrenstöpsel sind ratsam. Der angemietete Parkplatz ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen, eine Ladezone befindet sich keine 50m entfernt. Es befinden sich viele tolle Cafés, Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit bei Bezug etwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere im Keller war es sehr staubig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Ihre Bemühungen Dinge in Ordnung zu bringen sind aber lobend hervorzuheben. Wir waren zu viert (2 Pärchen, 35-40J) für knapp eine Woche in Schwerin und haben den Aufenthalt im Stadtjuwel weitestgehend genossen.
