「⭐☆☆☆☆ We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Hotel Sieghard. Upon arrival, there was no place to stop and unload our luggage. The parking spaces are so close together that you can barely open your driver or passenger door to get out of the car. Parking is very poorly designed and incredibly frustrating. We were told the hotel had a restaurant. When we went down to eat, we were informed we needed a reservation and that they were “full” — despite several open tables clearly visible. The...

「Pros: Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus war ideal für uns mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Eine kleine Spielecke unter der Treppe, eine rustikale Spielscheune, ein gigantischer Ausblick vom Balkon, eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung und Ausstattung. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Cons: Nichts. Es war wirklich alles toll.」

「Pros: Traumhafte Lage mit toller Aussicht. Hätte genügend Schnee gelegen, könnte man direkt über die Skiroute zum Haus bzw. zur Gondel. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die uns „Stadtkindern“ nach einem Skitag auch gerne spontan die eigenen Ställe mit Ziegen, Kaninchen und Hühnern zeigen und die Kühe melken lassen. Cons: Die Matratzen sind recht hart - das muss man mögen.」

「車移動の人たち専用とも言え、周囲には観光地はありませんが、駅には近くSバーンやバスを使ってハルやシュヴァーツに行けます。駅からの道は少々狭くすぐ側を車が飛ばしているので、それなり注意も必要。 部屋はそれなり広くてまあ快適ですが、冷蔵庫はなく、バスタブもなし。事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て入力しましたが、ホテルに到着すると入口のマシンのチェックインでなぜか再び入力が必要でした。このマシン、15時1分前でも受け付けられず、フロントにスタッフはいるのに待たされ、入力完了後もキーカードが出てこず、結局フロントで対応してもらうことになり、すごく時間がかかりました。チェックアウトもやはりマシン＋フロント対応が必要で、ひどく無駄を感じました。」

「The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!」

「I'd like to point out that the room was clean and spacious (there were four of us). The breakfast was delicious, and they could make you an omelet or scrambled eggs upon request. Parking was also easy. But I especially want to point out that the hotel owners managed to create a truly homey atmosphere, and when I returned to my room, I felt like I was "coming home"! And for that, I'm especially grateful! If I have the opportunity, I'd happily return to this hotel.Our vacation in 」
