「The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Good breakfast, nice rooms, the goodiebag for not wanting your room cleaned is a nice idea」

「Goede accommodatie, alles aanwezig. De sauna en jacuzzi waren heerlijk.」

「Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice views everywhere arounds.」

「vriendelijk onthaal. TOP personeel!」

「L’Esprit Sain was an adequate place to stay while visiting Malmedy, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding area. The staff was pleasant during check-in, and the breakfast each morning was enjoyable, offering a nice selection to start the day. If you’re looking for a simple place to spend the night while sightseeing, it serves its purpose. That said, there were a few aspects that kept the experience from being exceptional. The room was quite dark, even...

「Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...
