"The bathroom was not really clean. There was dirt and stuff behind the door as if the cleaner did not look behind it. The beds were clean. The lobby is very nice and had a fire going. The breakfast area was clean and orderly. "

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Only complaint I had was there was no bartender on for Friday night so you can only get beer and wine and then they didn’t have a lot of staff in the morning for the breakfast and at night, only one bar tender on serving drinks and also serving food."

"We have stayed at Cranmore for many years and this wasn’t far our favorite place! It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. We were here for the weekend with our nieces who are in college and our 3 younger children. They all absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. The beds were so comfortable we are planning to buy the king bed if we can find it. Amazing place! Thank you!"
