Fantastic location
Our cosy flat is situated at an altitude of approx. 1,000 m in the Upper Black Forest, on the tip of a peninsula in Schluchsee. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away; the bathing meadow and the cool lake are practically on the doorstep. The flat is on the mezzanine floor of a quiet residential complex and boasts a central location; the train station and village centre are a 10-minute walk away. An ideal starting point for short walks or hikes lasting several hours, varied cycle tours and excursions to Lake Titisee and/or Freiburg.

Accommodation: 2-room flat, approx. 80 m2, cosily furnished: Large bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe. Small balcony with morning sun. Living/dining room with comfortable sofa and modern flat-screen TV; day bed for an additional sleeping possibility (pull-out), dining table and cosy reading corner; direct access to the second balcony with evening sun. New kitchen; ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge, kettle, oven and dishwasher, etc. Newly renovated bathroom with rain shower and a small guest WC. Indoor car parking space included. Pets are not allowed.

Shopping/grocery shops, bakery 800 m, railway station 800 m, sandy beach/bathing area 200 m, hiking trails and bicycle tours from the house, nearby sights: Rothaus brewery 10 km, Schwarzwaldhaus ''Hüsli'' 10 km, St. Blasien Cathedral 15 km.Well-known ski areas within easy reach: Feldberg 10 km, Todtnauberg 20 km.Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schluchsee 200 m, Titisee 25 km.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Schluchsee

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage. Wir waren sowohl wandern als auch am Strand und hatten für beides einen super Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und alle nötigen Informationen waren frühzeitig da.
