"We booked a double room. However, two days before our scheduled stay, we received an e-mail offering us a free upgrade to a studio, with a full kitchen. We gratefully accepted. The property was delightful, and gave us the opportunity to shop locally, and cater for ourselves. There was parking right outside the door, and the local village was delightful. "Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"This was a great location for a couple of days in Zurich. Only a 12 minute train ride to the main train station and relatively short walk to airport. Hotel and room were clean and modern. Only thing negative was room lighting was dim, typical of all hotels. Would stay here again. "
