Large apartment house, 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows. 5 km from the centre of Fügen, 11 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet position, 7 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Fügen Gemeindeamt/Apotheke" 3.1 km, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitters" 7 km. Golf course (21 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 4 km, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, sled run 3 km, ice rink 4 km, fishing possibilities 13 km. Nearby attractions: Achensee 25 km, Innsbruck 45 km. 2 holiday apartments in the house, 1 long-term tenant apartment and the owner’s apartment in the house.

Balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Made-to-measure wooden furniture and high-quality materials were used in the renovation.

Nice holiday

Very clean and perfectly equipped apartment. the house is out of town, as specified in the ad and of this we appreciated the quiet and the landscape. The photos correspond to reality. Fugen is very convenient for multiple activities. We had a nice holiday.
