"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "Die 5 Tage Mellau (Osterferien) in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung von Karoline waren super! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, bekamen viele Tipps. Das I-Tüpfelchen war, dass wir obwohl auf der mellauer Seite schon alles grün war, in Damüls doch noch skifahren konnten. Ein super Skigebiet für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)"
